Global Litigation Summit Malaysia Highlights
The Bespoke Global Litigation & Arbitration Summit (GLS) serves as an international forum committed to the promotion and development of dispute resolution practices worldwide. Datuk Almalena Sharmila Johan is the Chief Executive Officer of the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) in Malaysia, appointed as the Centre’s first-ever CEO on 7 August 2024 to lead its operations, business development, and finance functions.

Appointed as the first Chief Executive Officer of the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) in August 2024.
Oversees AIAC’s Operations, Business Development, and Finance departments under the Centre’s reformed governance structure.
Former Solicitor-General of Malaysia, with prior service as Solicitor-General II at the Attorney General’s Chambers.
